Effective and last updated: July 30, 2026
App and developer identity
This Privacy Policy applies to EvolveMe: AI Self-Care Plan, also displayed in the app as EvolveMe, Android package com.priyanshu.lookmaxai.
Developer and data controller: Priyanshu Choudhary, an individual developer publishing and operating EvolveMe. These identifiers are intended to match the EvolveMe Google Play store listing.
1. Data you choose to provide
EvolveMe may process the following information when you choose to use its features:
- email address, authentication identifiers, and profile preferences;
- photos, camera captures, voice recordings, meal images, and scan answers;
- height and weight when entered, goals, routines, check-ins, favorites, and progress;
- subscription status, purchase entitlement, and support communications; and
- approximate or precise device location when you select live UV information and grant location permission.
Camera, photo, microphone, and location access are used only after you select the related feature or grant permission. EvolveMe does not use location for advertising or background tracking.
2. How we use data
We use data to:
- create, authenticate, recover, and synchronize an account;
- perform requested face, body, hair, food, voice, skin, UV, or related analysis;
- generate routines, exercise suggestions, food guidance, haircut briefs, progress reports, notifications, and AI-coach responses;
- save user-selected history and comparison media;
- process and restore subscription access;
- secure the service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve reliability; and
- comply with legal obligations.
AI observations and scores are estimates affected by lighting, angle, clothing, microphone quality, serving size, and other visible or audible conditions. EvolveMe is not a medical device and does not diagnose, prevent, or treat any condition.
3. Service providers and sharing
Data needed for a requested feature may be processed by Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and server functions; configured AI providers such as Google Gemini or OpenAI for requested analysis; RevenueCat and Google Play for subscriptions and purchases; and infrastructure providers that host and secure the service.
We do not sell personal or sensitive user data. We do not send scan media, raw scan results, email addresses, or precise appearance measurements to advertising networks. Data may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users and the service, or during a business transfer with legally required notice.
4. Product analytics
EvolveMe records limited events such as screen views, scan completion, routine completion, paywall interactions, and bounded error categories. These events are used to understand feature use and reliability. Product analytics are designed not to contain photos, audio, raw prompts, raw scan results, email addresses, or precise appearance measurements.
5. Storage, security, and retention
Cloud account and progress data are protected using authenticated access controls and encrypted HTTPS connections. Some preferences and temporary state may be stored locally on the device. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Account data and saved results are retained while the account is active or until the user deletes them. Source photos for visual comparison are saved only when the feature presents that choice and the user opts in. Operational logs and purchase records may be retained for a limited period for security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, dispute, or legal obligations. Google Play and RevenueCat may retain transaction records under their own policies.
6. Permissions
- Camera and photos: capture or select media for a requested scan.
- Microphone: record a sample for requested voice analysis.
- Location: retrieve local UV conditions when the user requests it.
- Notifications: deliver opted-in routine and rescan reminders.
Permissions can be denied or revoked in Android settings. Features that require a denied permission may not work.
7. Your choices, rights, and account deletion
Users can remove eligible saved comparison photos, use scan-history controls, update account credentials, or permanently delete their EvolveMe account and associated app data from Profile → Account & Privacy → Delete permanently.
Deleting EvolveMe data does not cancel an app-store subscription. Subscriptions must be cancelled separately in Google Play. Depending on location, users may also have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or request deletion of personal data.
8. Children
EvolveMe is not directed to children under 13. Users must be at least 18, or the minimum age required in their country with permission from a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from a child in violation of applicable law.
9. International processing and legal disclosures
Service providers may process data in countries other than the user’s country. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used. Information may be preserved or disclosed in response to a valid legal request or to protect rights, safety, and service integrity.
10. Changes and contact
This policy may be updated when EvolveMe, its service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised, and material changes will be communicated where required.
Privacy inquiries and data-rights requests can be submitted through the EvolveMe privacy request form. The form records a request reference and provides a contact mechanism for access, correction, privacy, and account-deletion requests. Never submit a password, scan photo, or voice recording.
